Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Quality Control Specialist

At New York Fries, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our fast food outlet. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that our high standards of quality control are met in all aspects of food service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as excellent leadership skills to manage a team of staff members.

About the Role:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining a clean and safe working space.
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock levels, and employee performance to management.
  • Coordinate activities of staff in various areas of responsibility, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
