Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KGT ENTERPRISES LTD. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafeteria, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy cafeteria
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required
  • Physically demanding role that requires stamina and endurance

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances
