As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk.
