We are a dynamic organization seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating shipping operations and ensuring the timely delivery of products.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary range of $45,000-$60,000 depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers: You will be responsible for gathering and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling these requests.
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work: As a key member of our logistics team, you will prioritize tasks and manage workload to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics: Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to streamline our supply chain processes.
  • Track and complete work orders: Accurately monitor and fulfill work orders, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.
  • Prepare and submit reports: Provide regular progress updates and analysis to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries: Maintain accurate records and perform quality checks to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain work records and logs: Organize and maintain up-to-date documentation, ensuring easy access to critical information.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures: Develop and implement effective workflows to optimize productivity and efficiency.
