Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at 1907086 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, supplies, and materials between departments and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and prioritize orders and instructions received from customers
  • Develop and implement plans to optimize operational logistics
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking and completing work orders
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, including warehouse and production units
  • Monitor production progress and conduct performance reviews
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Keep track of shipments and maintain vehicle operator work records
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and client focus skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
