Supervisor, Food Services Team

We are seeking a skilled Food Services Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Whitehorse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our customers.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation.
- First Aid, CPR, and Food Safety Certificates.
Our fast-paced food service environment requires a supervisor who can work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. As a Food Services Supervisor, you will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks.
