Job Title: Supervisor, Food Services

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor, Food Services to join our team at McDonald's Whitehorse. As a Supervisor, Food Services, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage products are prepared and presented to a high standard.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
