Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in financial advisory, wealth management, and technology solutions. This individual will play a critical role during the pre-sales process with Sofistic's prospects to position the added value of Sofistic.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with prospects to understand their needs and tailor Sofistic's solutions to maximize value.
  2. Provide industry expert insights and advice on wealth management practices for the overall wealth situation of a family or an individual.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and webinars to help clients adopt the platform efficiently.
  4. Collaborate with the product and development teams to refine the platform based on client feedback and market trends.
  5. Stay updated on wealth management industry trends, AI innovations, and regulatory changes to provide relevant guidance to clients.
  6. Support the sales team in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and technical clarifications.
  7. Remain as an advisor to the internal team during onboarding, implementation, and ongoing usage of our platform.
Qualifications:
  1. CFA, CSC, CIM or similar designation is highly preferred.
  2. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
  3. 5+ years of experience in family offices, wealth management, financial advisory, or a similar role within the wealth tech space.
  4. Strong understanding of wealth management principles, portfolio management, and financial planning.
  5. Familiarity with technology platforms, particularly those focused on wealth management or financial services.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-experts.
  7. Client-focused with strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and adapt to new technologies quickly.
