Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Corporate Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our corporate sales department, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and managing corporate accounts, exceeding revenue growth targets, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Corporate Sales Strategy
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to acquire new customers and manage corporate accounts.
- Utilize direct sales activities such as in-person meetings, phone calls, networking events, and client referrals to identify and develop new leads.
- Business Development
- Showcase our corporate program and leverage networking opportunities by actively participating in trade shows, conferences, and industry/community events.
- Skillfully negotiate corporate contracts and respond to calls for tender (RFPs) to secure new business opportunities.
- Account Management
- Co-manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring their satisfaction through proactive after-sales activities.
- Analyze corporate sales performance, make data-driven decisions, and take necessary actions to drive growth.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and present activity reports to the corporate sales departments at our headquarters.
Requirements
- Education
- Minimum BA/BS Degree or equivalent.
- Experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Sales, preferably in an airline or travel management company.
- Skills
- Strong understanding of the business travel market and distribution network in your respective country.
- Demonstrated skills in influencing and effective communication.
- Proficiency in corporate sales and negotiation techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
- Competency in MS Office programs.
- Experience with corporate sales-related reporting tools such as E-smash, DDS, Prism is a valuable asset.
- Excellent command of English and proficiency in local language(s).
- Permanent residence permit in the respective country (the company does not provide or assist with work permits).
