Payroll and Benefits Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and processing employee payroll accurately and in a timely manner. This includes ensuring compliance with federal and provincial regulations related to payroll and benefits, administering employee benefits programs, and handling payroll-related inquiries from employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process employee payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations related to payroll and benefits
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and address any issues that may arise
Requirements
- Post-secondary education
- PCP certification will be considered an asset
- Ability to work well independently and under minimal supervision
- Ability to take initiative and be a good problem solver
- Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a payroll and benefits role
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
