Payroll and Benefits Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits for all employees.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, a strong understanding of payroll and benefits regulations, and excellent organizational and communication skills. The candidate should also have experience with payroll and benefits software, as well as a working knowledge of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll and benefits for all employees
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Maintain accurate records of payroll and benefits
Reconcile payroll and benefits accounts
Assist with the preparation of payroll and benefits reports
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
