We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Specialist to join our team at KMP EXTERIOR INC.

Salary InformationThe estimated salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
Job DescriptionAs a Construction Project Specialist, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials. You will also operate gantry cranes to load and unload ship cargo at port side. Your tasks will include assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, as well as demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris at construction sites.
You will also be required to direct traffic at or near construction sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires working in fast-paced environments, under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines. You must be able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and wear personal protective equipment such as hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, and safety vest.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
