About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hearing Care Professional to join our team at Amplifon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client care and providing personalized hearing solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing tests and interpret results to recommend suitable hearing aid solutions
  • Counsel clients on the latest hearing aid technology and help them identify a solution that meets their needs and lifestyle
  • Build strong relationships with clients through a caring and personalized experience
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technology to provide ongoing hearing health education
  • Foster hearing healthcare awareness through community outreach and partnerships
What We Offer

We provide a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, plus bonus and commission opportunities. Our comprehensive benefits package includes dental care, disability insurance, employee assistance program, extended health care, paid time off, RRSP match, store discount, tuition reimbursement, and vision care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree in Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology, be registered and in good standing with the applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body, and have current knowledge of hearing aid technology and devices. You will also need to be able to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues, work independently and collaboratively, and adhere to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
