Job Description

As a Sr. Product Designer at Motorola Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the design of our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
  • Lead the design of our products and services, ensuring they are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and standards.
  • Communicate design decisions and solutions to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in product design.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful design solutions.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile development environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with design tools such as Sketch or Figma.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, XML, and CSS.
  • Experience with motion graphics and prototyping tools.
What We Offer:

This position is based in Vancouver, BC and the candidate must reside in the Greater Vancouver Area as you will be required to go into the office on a hybrid work schedule.
