About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team at Arc'teryx. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centric product solutions that align with our design philosophies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop product solutions that meet the evolving needs of our guests
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to create future-oriented product designs
  • Contribute to the commercialization of innovative technologies and materials
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of materials and manufacturing techniques
  • Collaborate with the Fit & Pattern team to resolve fit style and construction issues
  • Coordinate with the Materials team to test new materials and ensure availability for prototyping
  • Develop and maintain a schedule for the flow of the line plan through all development stages
  • Partner with the Development and Merchandising teams on concepting and prototyping for seasonal products
  • Present at internal meetings, design reviews, and seasonal stage gates
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer who is passionate about creating innovative and user-centric product solutions. You should have a strong understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing techniques. You should also be an excellent team player with the ability to take direction and work independently.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 CAD per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
