Your Role:

As a Civil Engineer at J.L. Richards & Associates Limited, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from concept to completion. You will be responsible for managing and executing projects, working directly with civil engineers and technologists, and applying fundamental engineering tools to design civil infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute projects from concept through to completion, including contract administration, commissioning, and closeout.
  • Work directly with civil engineers and technologists as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team.
  • Apply fundamentals and engineering tools to design civil infrastructure, including site development, access and haul roads, pipelines, drainage infrastructure, and buried water and sewage infrastructure.
  • Assist project managers, engineers, and technologists with project execution during all project phases.
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals and engineering budgets.
  • Mentor designers and junior engineers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
