We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at GenNext Chartered Professional Accountants.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that involves coordinating various aspects of our business operations, including arranging seminars, conferences, and daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage daily operations and ensure seamless execution of tasks
  • Direct and control the workflow to meet deadlines
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Schedule appointments and confirm reservations
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations. However, you will also have opportunities to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive team.
