We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Director to lead our team at Cite Parkway Retirement Residence in Ottawa, Ontario.
About the RoleThe Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the residence, ensuring quality care and services are provided to our residents. This includes managing all services, such as Food Service, Maintenance, Nursing, Health & Wellness, Marketing & Sales, Administration, and commercial affiliations.
Key Responsibilities- Effectively manage all services of the residence, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality care.
- Review, approve, and direct all monthly invoices to head office for payment.
- Collaborate with the development, interpretation, and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the residence while maintaining tight control of budget and variances to budget.
- Communicate regularly with residents and their families, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Implement and maintain a residence-wide Quality Improvement Program.
We are looking for a candidate with:
