We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Experience Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for shaping and enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture across the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional HR Support: Provide localized support to the U.S. and Canada, addressing complex inquiries and ensuring alignment with business needs and regulations.
  • HR Partnership and Collaboration: Partner with strategic HR leaders and Centers of Excellence to drive and implement HR strategies supporting regional and corporate goals.
  • Advanced-Data Analysis and Reporting: Lead reporting and analysis efforts on absence, attrition, and other key metrics, leveraging data insights to identify areas of improvement.
  • Employee Relations Management: Provide expert guidance on complex Employee Relations cases, overseeing mediation and conflict resolution to maintain a positive organizational climate.
  • Strategic Acquisition and Integration: Lead HR initiatives supporting acquisition and integration processes, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • HR Project Management: Spearhead major HR projects and strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the employee experience, ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with business priorities.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of HR Generalist, Operations, or Advisory experience
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in data presentation and reporting
  • Project management experience, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
