Job Title: Senior Employee Experience Partner

At Corpay, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Employee Experience Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in shaping and enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture across the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary senior HR contact for the U.S. and Canada, addressing complex inquiries and providing localized support tailored to specific business needs and regulations.
  • Partner with strategic HR leaders and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with business initiatives.
  • Lead reporting and analysis efforts on absence, attrition, and other key metrics, leveraging data insights to identify areas of improvement and present findings to senior management.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex Employee Relations (ER) cases, overseeing mediation and conflict resolution to maintain a positive organizational climate.
  • Lead HR initiatives supporting acquisition and integration processes, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of HR Generalist, Operations, or Advisory experience.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in data presentation and reporting.
  • Project management experience, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
