Job Title: Senior Employee Experience Partner
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Experience Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for shaping and enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture across the U.S. and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary senior HR contact for the U.S. and Canada, addressing complex inquiries and providing localized support tailored to specific business needs and regulations.
- Partner with strategic HR leaders and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with business initiatives.
- Lead reporting and analysis efforts on absence, attrition, and other key metrics, leveraging data insights to identify areas of improvement and present findings to senior management.
- Provide expert guidance on complex Employee Relations (ER) cases, overseeing mediation and conflict resolution to maintain a positive organizational climate.
- Lead HR initiatives supporting acquisition and integration processes, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Spearhead major HR projects and strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the employee experience, ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with business priorities.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of HR Generalist, Operations, or Advisory experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in data presentation and reporting (e.g., spreadsheets, PowerPoint)
- Project management experience, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Experience working in a multi-site environment is preferred
