Automotive Inspection Coordinator

As a Post Inspection Specialist with U-Haul, you will be responsible for performing final quality checks of vehicles to ensure they meet the highest possible standards. You will use proprietary technology to assess and care for field vehicles, verifying part installation, labor performed, and quality of workmanship. Additionally, you will educate technicians on expected quality and provide continued learning opportunities to stay up-to-date with current technology and the new fleet.
Key Responsibilities:- Verification of part installation, labor performed, and quality of workmanship
- Educate technicians on expected quality
- Continued learning via U-Haul education
- Advanced understanding of automotive/trailer mechanics
The ideal candidate will possess valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record. Work Environment:This role involves moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or chemicals. The physical demands of this position include long periods of standing, walking, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
