Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Commercial Properties Limited, a leading property developer and manager in Eastern Canada, offers an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator. Reporting to the Manager of Building Operations, this role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Nova Scotia properties.
The successful candidate will oversee maintenance tasks, conduct site inspections, and implement strategies to enhance business operations. This includes driving energy efficiency, maintaining high standards of quality, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Client Services Team to deliver exceptional tenant experiences.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of contracted services and manage contractors for professional repairs.
- Respond promptly to tenant requests and address concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of building systems operations and maintenance activities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
