Le rôle

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Analyste financier pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. En tant que leader dans l'industrie agroalimentaire, nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne passionnée de gestion de la trésorerie et des liquidités, des marchés de capitaux et de la gestion des risques.

Responsabilités
  • Gestion de liquidités : Analyser les opérations de flux de trésorerie, prévoir les besoins en liquidités et établir des stratégies pour gérer les niveaux de liquidités de l'organisation.
  • Analyses approfondies : Modéliser et traiter les données pour effectuer des prévisions et des recommandations qui serviront à la prise de décision du département de l'information financière.
  • Coordination des activités de financement : Effectuer et coordonner les activités du programme de financement crédit-bail en étroite collaboration avec les unités d'affaires et autres départements.
  • Gestion des risques financiers : Effectuer les contrôles des opérations de couverture des taux de change et des taux d'intérêt et évaluer les instruments financiers.
  • Gestion des comptes bancaires : Collaborer avec les institutions financières et les unités opérationnelles pour l'ouverture, la clôture et la gestion des comptes.
  • Prévision et gouvernance : Élaborer un modèle de prévision de trésorerie et maintenir la gouvernance des systèmes de trésorerie.
  • Supervision fonctionnelle des membres de l'équipe : Agir à titre de personne-ressource auprès des membres de l'équipe pour toutes questions opérationnelles.
  • Coordination et collaboration à diverses activités : Premier point de contact pour toutes les questions relatives aux besoins de trésorerie des équipes de Performance financière, de Suivi des investissements et Prévisions financières et autres départements.
Compétences requises
  • Formation : Baccalauréat en administration des affaires (comptabilité ou finances), en sciences comptables ou dans une discipline pertinente.
  • Expérience : Minimum de 3 années en gestion de trésorerie, expérience en trésorerie/comptabilité corporative, maîtrise d'Excel (Power Query et Power Pivot) et connaissances des technologies (ERP – SAP).
  • Compétences : Sens de l'analyse, débrouillardise, organisation, autonomie et curiosité.
