**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Uni-Select Inc. as a key member of our finance department. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations by providing accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements;
  • Collaborate with various departments to collect, validate, and consolidate financial data;
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports;
  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of accounting processes;
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations;
  • Support external audits as needed;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field;
  • CPA designation;
  • 4-5 years of experience in corporate accounting or related roles;
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy;
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
  • Bilingualism (English and French) an asset.
