Poste d'Analyste Financier

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Analyste Financier pour compléter notre équipe au sein du département des finances, Internationale.

Responsabilités
  • Effectuer diverses analyses bilan & P&L : Analyser les données financières pour identifier les tendances et les opportunités de croissance.
  • Préparer et interpréter les KPI sur une base mensuelle : Suivre les indicateurs clés de performance pour évaluer l'efficacité de nos opérations.
  • Effectuer l'analyse des variances budget versus coût réel : Identifier les écarts entre les prévisions et les résultats réels pour optimiser nos budgets.
  • Confirmer que les transactions sont bien comptabilisées selon les normes comptables : Assurer la conformité avec les normes comptables pour garantir l'exactitude des données financières.
  • Produire les états financiers et rédiger des recommandations selon les résultats obtenus lors de l'analyse : Présenter les résultats financiers et proposer des recommandations pour améliorer les performances.
  • Participer au développement d'un package financier pour l'exécutif : Contribuer à la création d'un outil financier pour les dirigeants pour prendre des décisions éclairées.
  • Mise en place de processus et contrôles internes : Développer des processus et des contrôles pour garantir la qualité et la sécurité des données financières.
  • Supporter les unités d'affaires lors de leur préparation de forecast et budget : Aider les équipes commerciales à préparer leurs prévisions et budgets pour atteindre leurs objectifs.
  • Épauler le directeur des finances – International dans divers projets : Collaborer avec le directeur des finances pour mener à bien divers projets financiers.
  • Amélioration continue des processus (automatisation des fichiers au maximum) : Identifier les opportunités d'automatisation pour améliorer l'efficacité des processus.
  • Devenir un super user pour les différents systèmes : Acquérir une expertise approfondie des systèmes financiers pour optimiser leur utilisation.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe comptable à l'international : Collaborer avec l'équipe comptable pour garantir la conformité et la qualité des données financières.
