Requirements:
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in French and English
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • At least two years' experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
  • Proficiency in computer tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
