Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Shell Moosomin. As a Gas Station Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of staff members to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, including fuel, food, and other supplies.
- Manage cash handling and banking procedures.
- Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and that the workplace is maintained in a clean and safe condition.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail or service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
