Job Summary

No Problem Movers Ltd. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver-Supervisor to oversee our transportation operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, dispatching bus drivers, and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
  • Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including training and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and recommend personnel actions as needed.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support operations.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a strong understanding of transportation regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong team player with a focus on customer satisfaction.
