Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Driver-Supervisor to join our team at Maharaja Truck Driving School Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our trucking fleet, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical guidance to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance the skills of our drivers.
  • Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure optimal route planning.
  • Operate and monitor signal and track switch control panels to ensure smooth transportation.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Procure or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked fleet.

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with pressure to meet deadlines.
