EcoVadis, a leading provider of sustainability assessment and certification solutions, is seeking an experienced Strategic Portfolio Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The Strategic Portfolio Manager will be responsible for owning and driving a large portfolio of contract renewals in an assigned territory for the EcoVadis business. This role requires strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities to craft strategies with internal partners and secure every renewal.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving financial and strategic targets by minimizing revenue attrition, securing favorable contract terms, and identifying incremental expansion sales revenue while increasing customer trust.
  • Developing and implementing successful negotiation strategies.
  • Partnering with Account Executives and Customer Success to fully understand and develop a clear renewal strategy for customers.
  • Maintaining an accurate forecast of renewals in your territory, identifying at-risk renewals, and developing strategies to drive timely closure of renewals.
  • Collaborating with manager and other internal partners to deliver continuous improvements to the renewal processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales, Operations, or Account Management with a focus on fostering strong client relationships.
  • A proven success record achieving goals/targets/KPI's in Sales, Operations, or Account Management.
  • Strong objection-handling skills and experience with value-based contract negotiations.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience with process management, financial competency, and understanding of Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong skills in coordination and communication.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
