Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, preparing and submitting reports as needed.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, physically demanding work, and attention to detail.
