Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at La Rozzi Bistro and Filipino Grocery Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving
  • Develop and implement menus and promotions
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
