We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Yoke Immigration Services Ltd.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our immigration team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and delivering exceptional client service. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year.

About You
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the immigration industry.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure seamless document management.
  • Assist with correspondence, reports, and records, using MS Office software.
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the immigration team to achieve business objectives and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma from a college or CEGEP program, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
