We are a dynamic and innovative food establishment seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen operations.

Compensation Package

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location factors.

About the Role

This senior-level role involves overseeing the day-to-day culinary operations of our restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, staff training, and maintaining high-quality food standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine serving sizes and costs to ensure profitability
  • Plan menus and estimate ingredient requirements for successful execution
  • Procure ingredients and kitchen supplies in a timely manner
  • Cook meals and individual dishes while ensuring presentation and taste meet expectations
  • Train junior staff members in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques
  • Order equipment and supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have prior experience in a similar field of employment, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in a senior culinary role. Fluency in English is mandatory for effective communication and teamwork.
