This role is responsible for driving sales activities from lead generation to project management. The ideal candidate will develop and implement a sales and marketing plan to meet personal and business goals, expanding the customer base in the marketing area. The Sales Executive will work closely with the center's management and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue generation, aligning with the company's vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop an annual sales plan with the Franchisee or Center Manager, outlining activities to focus on meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Engage in business conversations with business owners and decision-makers, demonstrating consultative selling skills and making recommendations using various products and Brand Standards.
• Identify sales prospects and contact them using a "drill down" and "share of wallet" concept, maintaining a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face cold calling, direct mail, email, and networking.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing, and field activity, maintaining accurate records of sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the assigned territory.
• Develop a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models, completing all paperwork and following established center procedures from initiation to completion of a project.
• Prepare presentations, estimates, and sales contracts, establishing and maintaining estimate follow-up procedures, and preparing status reports for weekly sales meetings.
• Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed, carrying out market research, identifying and resolving customer satisfaction issues, and establishing effective team relationships with all support departments.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, participating in and practicing the brand mentality of "Everybody Sells" and constantly looking for sales opportunities for the center.
• Serve as a backup for answering the phone and assist at the front counter as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
• Participate in networking and marketing events, such as seminars, referral groups, trade shows, and telemarketing programs.
• Assist in collection of account receivables, coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services, and conduct or supervise minor installations.
• Coordinate various tasks and scheduling activities to ensure quality project management.
Compensation and Benefits
$60,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year, typically Monday through Friday business hours, in a fast-growing industry with opportunities to work in a variety of roles.
