Supply Chain Director

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain professional to lead our team in developing and executing a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation routes, reduce shipping costs, and improve delivery times.
- Design and implement inventory management systems and policies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize holding costs.
- Coordinate with the production team to develop and execute production schedules that align with customer demand and inventory levels.
- Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigating strategies to ensure business continuity and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and manage the supply chain team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Knowledge of global supply chain trends and best practices.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management software and tools.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain strategies.
