Computer Programs Manager

Vebcommerce is seeking a highly skilled Computer Programs Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures for information systems, and authorizing the development of specifications for products or services.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems
- Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
- Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- 3-4 years of experience in software development
- Strong knowledge of computer programming, data analysis and interpretation, and data processing and systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
