About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Programs Manager to join our team at Vebcommerce. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, organize, and control the development of software projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of 3-4 developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of computer programming, data analysis, and data processing systems, as well as experience with programming languages.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Business Acumen: Develop and implement policies and procedures for information systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in software development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
