We are seeking a skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Camrose Motel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Work Environment
  • Permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
  • Work language: English.
