Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Camrose Motel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, as well as supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of facilities.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules.
