Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Southfort Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel, motel, and resort facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service standards.
- Coordinate and oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Inspect sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
