Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Southfort Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
- Coordinate Cleaning Operations: Plan and coordinate the daily cleaning schedule to ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and tidy.
- Inspect and Maintain Standards: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage Budgets and Resources: Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, reliability, work term: permanent, work language: English, hours: 35 hours per week
