Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Southfort Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Coordinate Cleaning Schedules: Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify any areas that require attention and ensure that all necessary repairs and maintenance are carried out.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and front office, to ensure that all areas of the hotel are running smoothly.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
