About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Managing Consultant to join our Group Retirement Solutions team at People Corporation.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional consulting services to our clients, maintaining strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships and deliver proactive consulting services to assigned clients, providing expert advice on plan design, legislative requirements, and investments.
  • Develop and maintain a strong governance model for retirement clients, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Participate in finalist meetings to support new business acquisition, implement and service GRS clients, and expand existing business.
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials, following up with comprehensive meeting minutes, and executing action items.
  • Develop and maintain professional and technical knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and publications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years' relevant experience in the retirement or pension industry, with a proven ability to build strong business relationships.
  • Solutions-oriented, with the ability to identify business solutions for complex needs and issues.
  • Exceptional business and financial acumen, with excellent interpersonal, oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to travel and adapt to change.
