Pension Administration Specialist

As a Pension Outsourcing Associate at WTW, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and administer defined benefit plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing exceptional client support.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
- Review and deliver work products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to resolve complex issues and provide guidance on plan administration.
- Develop and maintain expertise in retirement plan design and administration, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Contribute to special projects, leveraging your skills and experience to drive business growth and improvement.
- Prepare and deliver moderately complex benefits calculations and trust instructions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collect, manipulate, and reconcile participant data, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced associates, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
- Employ Towers Watson's Professional Excellence tools and concepts to ensure efficient and quality output/service delivery.
- Adhere to plan documents and government regulations, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity.
- Manage and maintain accurate work papers and audit trails, ensuring transparency and accountability.
