Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd O/A Khazana Indian Express. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics.
  • Collaborate with our chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure timely delivery of food trolleys.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food to our customers.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Client-focused and team-oriented approach.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, and the successful candidate will be required to work under pressure to meet the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
