Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Saggi Holdings Inc. O/A Tandoori Fuzion. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
  • Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure team success
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that food and service meet our high expectations
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, informing business decisions and driving growth
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and accurate service
  • Establish and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, informing business decisions and driving efficiency
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail
  • Client-focused and team-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
