About the Role:

Gupta Auto Repair is seeking a skilled Welder - Fabrication and Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication and repair team, you will be responsible for operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding equipment
  • Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
