We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our Business Development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our acquisition activities by sourcing and identifying strategic opportunities for vertical market software businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets
  • Develop and maintain a proprietary database of industry contacts and relationships
  • Develop and execute prospecting campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Collaborate with Senior Business Development Associates to ensure smooth transition of leads to later stages of the process

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1 year or less of software sales experience
  • Previous experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce
  • Basic financial literacy and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and hands-on attitude with a sense of urgency to drive sales and marketing lead volumes
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
