We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our Business Development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our acquisition activities by sourcing and identifying strategic opportunities for vertical market software businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets
- Develop and maintain a proprietary database of industry contacts and relationships
- Develop and execute prospecting campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion
- Collaborate with Senior Business Development Associates to ensure smooth transition of leads to later stages of the process
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1 year or less of software sales experience
- Previous experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce
- Basic financial literacy and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and hands-on attitude with a sense of urgency to drive sales and marketing lead volumes
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
